i finally got to sit down and think about the things i want to focus on in the new year!
i've been working on a few things but just last week i finally got to
write them out and prioritize them and such.
i read about a different approach to making resolutions that i might try this year... the idea is that you set goals for 52 day incriments 7 times a year. so that at the end of 52 days you can reevaluate your goals and make adjustments or add new ones or whatever...
so here are just a few of the things on top of my list!
*strictly limit my sugar intake! (i'm basically addicted! :/ so i gotta kick that)
*have living room redecorated and kitchen remodeled. this has been on my "to do" list for
quite some time and i gotta get it knocked out!
*get back into the routine of running! i used to run all the time, but lately i've fallen
off a little so i need to get back in the groove!
ok i'm thinking that is PLENTY to get me started!!! it will be enough work hammering out these things so i'm not gonna add much to it until i conquer these!
